I. Operation steps:

3. Setting parameters: according to the requirements of the material and size of the workpiece, set the stroke, punch speed, feeding length and other parameters of the press.
4. Starting debugging: according to the requirements of the equipment manual, turn on the gas source and power supply in turn, start the equipment, run it without load, and observe whether the operation of each part is normal.
5. Processing workpiece: place the workpiece to be processed on the working table, adjust the position, start the equipment and carry out stamping processing.
6. End operation: when the processing is completed, stop the equipment in time, turn off the power and gas source, clean up the working table and mould, and do a good job of equipment maintenance.
