Suggested preheating time for punching machine
Punching machine preheating is an important step to ensure the machining accuracy, and the preheating time depends on the shelving status of the punching machine as follows:

High Speed Punching Machine

On hold for many days: If the press is on hold for many days or more, it is recommended that the press be warmed up for 30 minutes or more prior to high precision machining.
On hold for a few hours: If the press is on hold for only a few hours, it is recommended that a preheat of 5-10 minutes be carried out prior to high precision machining.

High Speed Punching Machine

The warm-up process involves having the punch press's machining axes move repeatedly, performing multi-axis linkages, such as having the XYZ axis move from the lower-left position of the coordinate system to the upper-right position, repeatedly taking diagonal lines.

High Speed Punching Machine

Proper preheating can reduce the internal temperature imbalance of the machine tool caused by prolonged rest, thus reducing the impact of thermal deformation on machining accuracy, and ensuring that the punch press can achieve optimal conditions during high-precision machining.

The following are quality brands of domestic punching machines:
OREKU: It is well known in the field of punching machines with a wide range of products and stable performance. Recognized in the market for high quality and good after-sales service, with advanced technology and strict quality control, its punching machines excel in precision and efficiency.
