In the production process of stator rotor, high-speed stamping is a key link, mainly including the following steps:
Cutting: Cut the whole silicon steel sheet or the whole roll of electrician steel strip into strips of a certain width, which will be used as the margin for punching when punching the sheet.
Selection of punching method: Select single punching, compound punching or progressive punching according to requirements. Among them, multi-station progressive punching is carried out on high-speed automatic punching machine, which is suitable for mass production.
Specific punching process:
Punching of guide holes, shaft holes, keyways, etc.
Punch out all stator or rotor slots by positioning the guide holes.
Punch out the inner and outer circle of the stator to form the stator punch and rotor punch.
Stator high-speed stamping
High-speed stamping technology with high-precision, high-efficiency and long-life moulds realizes high-volume and high-speed automated operation and improves the dimensional accuracy and production efficiency of stator and rotor parts. This production process has been widely used in the field of motor manufacturing.
High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
