Levelling of strips: After the punched strips come out from the coil, they are firstly levelled by the levelling machine to ensure that the materials are flat.
Automatic Feeding: After being calibrated, the strips are automatically fed through the automatic feeding device, ready to enter the mould.

Mould Punching: After entering the mould, the strips are punched, shaped, finished and trimmed on the high-speed punching machine.
Iron core stacking: after finishing punching, the iron core will be automatically stacked, with torsion and inclination stacking drop, with rotary stacking drop and other processes.

Finished product output: the finished iron core parts are conveyed out from the mould, and the whole punching process is completed automatically on the high-speed press.
The stator rotor of a stepper motor is produced on a high-speed press, realising an automated production process with high precision, high efficiency and long life. This production method has been more and more accepted by motor manufacturers and has become an important part of the modern motor manufacturing process.

High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
