What are the causes of mould loosening during high-speed stamping?

    The reasons for the loosening of the mould in the high-speed stamping process mainly include the following:

     Poor material quality: the poor quality and insufficient hardness of the stamping mould material makes it easy to deform and wear out, resulting in loosening.
Too long service life: the mould is used for too long, and the wear and tear is serious, causing loosening.

     Problems with the loosening screws: the loosening screws of the moulds are loose or the loosening force is not enough, resulting in the moulds are not firm.
Unreasonable process design: Unreasonable process design of the mould makes the force of the mould uneven in the stamping process, resulting in loosening.
Problems in fixing the convex die: the fixed structure of the convex die is not manufactured with the required amount of excess, or a suitable fixing method is not used, resulting in the convex die being easily loosened and dislodged.

     In order to avoid loosening of the die, material selection should be optimised, service life should be controlled, screw inspection should be strengthened, the process should be reasonably designed, and the fixing structure of the convex die should be ensured to be correctly manufactured and installed.
