How to maintain high-speed punching machine

    Maintenance of high-speed punch presses need to be carried out from routine maintenance and regular maintenance in two aspects:

 Daily maintenance:
    Cleaning work: after the end of daily work, clean the metal chips, oil and other debris on the surface of the punching machine and moulds to keep the equipment clean.

    Lubrication Maintenance: Regularly fill the moving parts, bearings and guide rails with lubricant to reduce wear and tear and improve the operating efficiency of the equipment.
    Inspection of fasteners: Regularly check whether the screws and bolts of each connection part of the equipment are loose, and tighten them when necessary.

Regular maintenance:
    Electrical system check: regularly check and maintain the electrical system of the punch press to ensure the stability and safety of the electrical system.
    Maintenance of moulds: Regularly inspect and maintain the moulds, check the degree of wear and precision, and grind or replace them if necessary.
