How does a micro motor punch press work?

   The working principle of micro motor punch press is as follows:

  Micro motor punch press is mainly composed of electric motor, flywheel, crankshaft, connecting rod, slide and mold.
   The electric motor drives the flywheel to rotate through belt or gear transmission, and the flywheel stores energy and makes the press run more smoothly.

   When the flywheel drives the crankshaft to rotate, the crankshaft converts the rotary motion into the up and down reciprocating linear motion of the slider through the connecting rod.
The lower end of the slider is fitted with the upper die part of the mold, and the table is fitted with the lower die part of the mold.

    When the slider moves downward, the upper die and the lower die are closed, and the sheet or strip placed between the dies is stamped to cause plastic deformation, so as to obtain the desired shape and size of the micro-motor parts.
   After stamping is completed, the slide moves upward, removes the stamped part, and then puts in new material for the next stamping.

High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
