Hydraulic pump is the basic power element of the hydraulic system of high-speed press machine, the installation and precautions of the hydraulic pump of the press machine are described below:

　First, high-speed press hydraulic pump and motor installation
1, high-speed press hydraulic pump and motor space, there must be sufficient rigid support structure.　
2, set up in the oil tank, must consider preventing vibration conveyed in the oil tank.　
3, high-speed press hydraulic pump and motor spindle connection of the center degree of error, should be below 30μm.
4. The connection part of the shaft should be made of elastic material.
5, belt, chain, gear and other lateral drive mechanism is to shorten the life of the bearing part and the cause of noise, should be avoided.　
6, such as high-speed press hydraulic pump to be installed in the tank, pay attention to the press hydraulic pump and the motor's linkage should not disturb the oil level.

1, suction piping should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the bending part, to prevent air retention to do reasonable piping.
2, suction piping divergence is the cause of eddy current, should try to avoid.
3, do not because of piping and produce unreasonable force for press hydraulic pump, for this can use rubber pipe, at the same time can reduce noise.　　
4, high-speed press hydraulic pump outlet, to be fixed in a rigid part, to prevent the vibration of the piping.　
5, discharge piping should be short, the return should be away from the location of the suction filter, must be lower than the oil level.
