The steps for repairing a worn mould edge are as follows:
Check the wear condition: first check the wear degree of the mould edge to determine whether it needs to be repaired.
Sharpening treatment: When the edge of the mould edge is worn to produce a certain arc, sharpen it. Each grinding amount is 0.03-0.05mm, repeat grinding until the punch is sharp.
Deburring and demagnetisation: After sharpening, use an oil stone to polish the edge, remove burrs and carry out demagnetisation.
Apply lubricating oil: After demagnetisation, apply lubricating oil on the edge of the die to protect the edge and reduce friction.
