   The steps for repairing a worn mould edge are as follows:
    Check the wear condition: first check the wear degree of the mould edge to determine whether it needs to be repaired.

   High Speed Punching Mould

    Sharpening treatment: When the edge of the mould edge is worn to produce a certain arc, sharpen it. Each grinding amount is 0.03-0.05mm, repeat grinding until the punch is sharp.

    Deburring and demagnetisation: After sharpening, use an oil stone to polish the edge, remove burrs and carry out demagnetisation.

   High Speed Punching Mould

    Apply lubricating oil: After demagnetisation, apply lubricating oil on the edge of the die to protect the edge and reduce friction.

    Through the above steps, the wear and tear of the mould edge can be effectively repaired, the service life of the mould can be extended, and the punching quality can be guaranteed at the same time.
