   The following is a detailed maintenance program for a high-speed punch press:
   I. Daily Maintenance
    Appearance cleaning
        Clean the surface of the punch press of dust, oil and debris.
        Wipe down the operation panel and display to ensure clear readability.
    Lubrication check
        Check the oil level of each lubrication point, such as slider guide, crankshaft connecting rod, etc. Add lubricant when insufficient.
    Safety device check
        Confirm that safety devices such as emergency stop button and safety door switch function properly.
    Mold Inspection
        Check whether the mold is firmly installed, whether there is any looseness or damage.

  II. Weekly Maintenance
    Electrical system check
        Check electrical wiring for breakage and looseness.
        Clean dust and debris inside the electrical cabinet.
    Transmission parts inspection
        Check the tension of the belt and adjust it if necessary.
        Check the lubrication and wear of the screw and rack.
    Slider balancing device check
        Ensure that the slider balancing device is working properly without abnormal noise and vibration.
    Cooling system check
        Check the water level of the cooling water tank and add coolant when insufficient.
        Clean the filter of cooling system.
