Mechanical troubleshooting
Slider failure: If the slider is stuck or offset, first check whether the guide rail is damaged, worn or blocked by foreign objects. Clean the guide rail and add the right amount of lubricant, if the guide rail is seriously damaged, you need to replace the guide rail. If the movement accuracy of the slider decreases, it may be that the gap between the slider and the guide rail is too large or too small, and needs to be adjusted.
Transmission system failure: If the transmission belt is slack or broken, replace the belt in time and adjust the tension of the belt. If there is a problem with the gear drive, check the meshing of the gears, whether there is wear and tear, broken teeth and other phenomena. For worn gears, repair or replacement is required. For crankshaft connecting rod mechanism failure, check whether the connecting rod bolt is loose, whether the crankshaft journal is worn, and tighten or repair according to the situation.
Electrical troubleshooting
Motor failure: If the motor can not start or runs abnormally, check whether the power line of the motor is normal, whether there is short circuit, broken circuit and so on. Check whether the controller of the motor works normally and whether there is any error message. If the motor is overheated, it may be overloaded operation or poor heat dissipation, check the load condition of the punch press and clean the heat dissipation fan and vent of the motor.
Sensor failure: When the sensor fails, the control system will display the corresponding error message. Check whether the connection line of the sensor is loose or broken, and whether the installation position of the sensor is correct. For damaged sensors, new sensors need to be replaced.
