        Considerations: the material, thickness, shape complexity, equipment performance and product quality requirements.
        Setting method: generally based on the material and thickness of the first preliminary estimate. For the thinner and simple shape of the terminal, you can start from a higher speed to try, such as 800 - 1000 times per minute; for thicker or complex shape of the terminal, start from a lower speed, such as 500 - 700 times per minute. Then through the test punch, observe the quality of the terminals and the stability of the equipment operation, and gradually adjust to the optimal speed.

        Considerations: Strength and hardness of the terminal material, size and shape of the terminal, and the structure of the mold.
        Setting method: According to the mechanical properties of the material and the stamping area of the terminal, the required punching pressure is estimated through the calculation formula. A certain safety factor is then taken into consideration, usually between 1.2 - 1.5. For example, if the theoretical punching pressure is calculated to be 10 tons, the actual set punching pressure can be 12 - 15 tons. In the actual press, fine adjustments are made according to the molding results of the terminals.

        Considerations: The type and thickness of the terminal material, and the requirement for terminal accuracy.
        Setting method: Generally, the mold clearance is 8% - 12% of the material thickness. For example, for 0.5mm thick copper terminals, the mold clearance can be set between 0.04 - 0.06mm. For terminals with high precision requirements, the gap should be taken as a smaller value.
