   The following are some industry standards related to high-speed stamped copper sheets:
    GB/T 13914-1992 Dimensional Tolerance of Stamped Parts: specifies the dimensional tolerance requirements of stamped parts.
    GB/T 13915-1992 Angle Tolerance of Stamped Parts: specifies the tolerance standard for the angle of stamped parts.

    GB/T 13916-1992 Tolerances for Shapes and Positions of Stamped Parts without Note: It deals with the requirements related to the shapes and positions of stamped parts when the tolerances are not specified.
    GB/T 15055-1994 “Limit Deviation of Unannotated Tolerance Dimensions of Stamped Parts”: it gives the limit deviation range of unannotated tolerance dimensions of stamped parts.
    JB/T 4129-1999 “Burr Height of Stamped Parts”: specifies the limit of burr height of stamped parts.
     When stamping copper sheets at high speed, it is also necessary to consider the specific material of the sheet, because parameters such as stamping clearance may vary for different copper alloys. For example, for ordinary brass type (including H65, H62 and other types of brass), the value of punching clearance (bilateral) can be taken as follows:

    Material thickness in 0.15 ~ 2.5mm, take 8% ~ 10% (thickness of large take small value, thickness of small take large value; hardness of large take large value, hardness of small take small value; phi requirements for small value); when the thickness of the material in the 0.5 ~ 2.5mm and phi requirements for small, punching clearance (bilateral) can be further taken 5% ~ 7%.
    Material thickness in 0.08 ~ 0.15mm, punching clearance (bilateral) take 6% ~ 8% (also follow the thickness and hardness of the value of the principle of taking a small value when the requirements of the cloak, the minimum punching clearance bilateral recommended not less than 0.008mm).
    Material thickness in 0.04 ~ 0.08mm, punching clearance (bilateral) recommended to take 0.006 ~ 0.008mm (follow the thickness and hardness of the value of the principle, the minimum punching clearance bilateral recommended not less than 0.003mm).
