   The process flow of high-speed stamping copper sheet usually includes the following steps:
    Material preparation
        Select the copper coil or plate that meets the requirements, check its surface quality, thickness uniformity and material purity.

    Unwinding and leveling of coils or plates
        If coils are used, they are unwound by means of an uncoiler. A leveling machine is then used to level the sheet or unwound coil to eliminate bending and twisting and to ensure that the material is flat.

    Mold Installation and Commissioning
        The designed stamping dies are mounted on the high-speed press and carefully debugged to ensure that the die clearance, position and stamping action are accurate.
    Feeding and Positioning
        Adopt automatic feeding device to precisely convey the copper sheet to the working area of the stamping die and make accurate positioning.

        The press runs at high speed to stamp the copper sheet according to the shape and design requirements of the mold, and punches out the required shape and size.
 


High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
