Hydraulic pump is the basic power element of the hydraulic system of high-speed press machine, the installation and precautions of the hydraulic pump of the press machine are described below:

　First, high-speed press hydraulic pump and motor installation
1) High-speed press hydraulic pump and motor space, there must be sufficient rigid support structure.　　
2) If it is set on the oil tank, it should be considered to prevent the vibration from being conveyed to the oil tank.　
3) The centering error of the spindle connection between the high-speed punch press hydraulic pump and the motor should be less than 30μm.
4) Flexible materials should be used for the shaft connection.　
5) Belt, chain, gears, and other lateral drive mechanisms should be avoided as they shorten the life of the bearings and cause noise.
6) If the hydraulic pump of the high-speed press is installed in the oil tank, pay attention to the connection between the hydraulic pump and the motor of the press not to disturb the oil level.

Second, high-speed press hydraulic pump and tank piping　
1) The suction piping should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the bending part and prevent the air from being trapped to make a reasonable piping.
2) The divergence of the suction piping is the cause of eddy current and should be avoided as much as possible.　
3) Do not generate unreasonable force because of piping for pressurized hydraulic pumps, and use a rubber pipe to reduce noise at the same time.　
4) The outlet of the high-speed press hydraulic pump should be fixed in a rigid part to prevent the vibration of the piping.
5) Exhaust piping should be short, the return should be away from the position of the suction filter, must be below the oil level.
