What does the model number of a press mean?
The first letter represents the class designation, where “J” is the abbreviation for mechanical press.
The second letter symbolizes the sequence of variations of the same model. This is the second variation of the “B” brand.

The third and fourth digits represent the column and group designations, where 2 stands for the open two-column design and 3 for the tilting body. When combined, they represent the way in which the press is constructed. 31 represents an enclosed single-point press; 11 represents an open, single-column, fixed-bed eccentric crank press; and 21 represents an open, single-column, movable-bed eccentric crank press.
The values located after the horizontal line represent the main parameters, usually the nominal pressure as the dominant parameter, which is expressed in KN.

High Speed Punching Machine for Shield Frame

High-speed punching machine compared to ordinary punching machine, there are mainly the following aspects of difference. First of all, the stamping speed, high-speed press is usually much faster, the number of times per minute can reach hundreds or even thousands of stamping, while the ordinary press is relatively slow.
Secondly, in terms of precision, the precision of high-speed presses is usually higher, to meet the needs of more precise parts stamping. Furthermore, the structural design and parts selection of high-speed presses pay more attention to stability and durability to adapt to the requirements of high-speed operation.
