    The reasons for the noise generated by the high-speed punch press are as follows: 
    1, motor noise. As a power source, the noise generated when the motor is running includes the electromagnetic noise of the motor winding, aerodynamic noise and mechanical noise. The degree of motor noise mainly lies in the power and speed of the motor.

   Clutch noise. When the clutch is closed, the general high-speed punch press will produce ‘clanking’ sound. This is the slider, connecting rod in the reciprocating operation of the inertia force and the crankshaft rotating mass of the centrifugal force caused by the impact generated by the intermittent sound.

   3, running parts clearance noise. High-speed press crank connecting rod slider structure has three pairs of friction: connecting rod small head (ball) and slider ball seat; crankshaft journal and crankshaft tile; crank neck and connecting rod large head shaft tile. Due to production and commissioning errors as well as practical requirements, there is inevitably a gap between these parts. The relative motion between parts, from free motion to contact motion, inevitably brings collision, the larger the gap, the stronger the noise. In addition, when the gap is fixed, the greater the number of slider strokes, the greater the noise.

   4, punching noise. Sheet punching than bending, deep-drawing noise, and embossing, pressure wave, flanging, bending, deep-drawing and other forming processes, the noise is smaller.
   5、Twisting noise. The same type of high-speed punching noise and stamping parts of the material after the hardness, geometry, hammering speed, die clearance and other aspects of the noise according to the value of these quantities increased and improved.
