    The following are general operating specifications for micro motor punch presses:
    Preparation before starting the machine
        Check whether the connection of each part of the punching machine is firm and whether the moving parts are flexible and free from jamming.
        Confirm that the molds are installed correctly and firmly, without looseness and damage.
        Check the lubrication system and make sure the lubricant is sufficient.
        Clean up the sundries on the working table and keep the working area tidy.

    Start-up operation
        Turn on the power and start the press according to the equipment operation manual.
        Carry out empty running and check the running status of the press, including whether the speed, stroke, pressure, etc. are normal, and whether there is any abnormal sound and vibration.
    Loading and positioning
        Place the material to be punched accurately on the working table and fix it with the positioning device to ensure the accurate punching position.

    Punching operation
        Keep the operator's hands away from the working area of the punch and press the start button to press.
        During the stamping process, closely observe the stamping effect, if there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately for inspection.
    Shutdown operation
        After finishing the stamping work, stop the stamping action first, and then turn off the power of the press.
