The working principle of automatic button face punch includes the following steps:
Feeding system
Usually, the feeding method of coil or sheet material is adopted. The raw material is accurately fed into the working area of the punch press in predetermined steps by means of a feeding mechanism, such as rollers, conveyor belts or pneumatic devices.
Positioning system
When the material arrives at the working area, the positioning device will determine its precise position to ensure that the position of each stamping is accurate.
Stamping process
The slider of the press is driven by the motor or other power devices to move down along the guide rails rapidly, driving the molds mounted on the slider to stamp the material and form the shape of the knob surface.
Mold release and material discharge
After the stamping is completed, the slider returns and the ejector mechanism in the mold ejects the stamped knob face from the mold to achieve mold release. The finished knob face is then transported to the collection area by means of an outfeed device, such as a conveyor belt or chute.
Control system
The whole working process is coordinated and controlled by the control system, including the setting and adjustment of parameters such as feeding speed, stamping stroke, number of stamping times, pressure level, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the press and product quality.
