The optimum range for parameters such as press speed, pressure and stroke depends on a number of factors, including the model and specifications of the press, the nature of the material to be stamped, the shape and size of the stamped part, the design of the die, etc. The optimum range for the parameters of press speed, pressure and stroke will depend on a number of factors. The following are some common reference ranges, but please note that these are only approximate ranges and specific values need to be debugged and determined according to the actual situation.
Stamping speed:
Generally speaking, the stamping speed of an ordinary press is between 50 - 200 times/minute.
The stamping speed of high-speed presses can reach hundreds or even thousands of times/minute.
Stamping pressure:
For stamping of thin steel plates, the pressure may range from tens to hundreds of tons.
For thicker or stronger materials, pressures may exceed 500 tons or more.
Stroke:
The stroke of a small press is usually around 50 - 150mm.
Medium to large presses may have strokes between 150 - 500mm.
high speed press machine
High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
