Introducing the working principle of pressure sensors for stamping presses

  Pressure sensors for stamping presses are based on the following operating principle:
    Pressure sensors usually contain an elastic element that deforms when pressure is applied by the press. This deformation results in a change in the physical characteristics of the sensor such as resistance, capacitance or inductance.
    For example, in a resistive pressure sensor, a strain gauge is affixed to the elastic element, and the resistance of the strain gauge changes under pressure. By measuring the change in resistance and converting and calibrating it with a specific circuit, it can be converted into a corresponding pressure value.

   Capacitive pressure sensors, on the other hand, work by utilizing the principle that the capacitance between two polar plates changes with pressure.
    Inductive pressure sensors achieve pressure measurement by pressure causing a change in the inductance of an inductive coil.
      These pressure sensors convert the detected pressure signal into an electrical signal which is then transmitted to the control system. The control system monitors and adjusts the pressure parameters of the press in real time according to the received pressure information to ensure the safety and accuracy of the stamping process, and at the same time, it is also easy for the operator to accurately grasp and manage the working status of the press.
