   The speed of a high-speed press for stamping inductive chassis is affected by a variety of factors, such as the tonnage of the press, the stroke, the stamping step, the characteristics of the material to be stamped, as well as molds and feeders and other ancillary equipment, and so on.
The speeds of some common high-speed presses for stamping inductor chassis are as follows:
    25 tons C-type high-speed press: about 200-1200 times per minute;
    30 ton C-type high-speed press: approximately 200-1000 cycles per minute;
    45 ton and 60 ton C type high speed presses: approximately 200-800 cycles per minute;
    80 tons C-type high-speed press: about 150-450 cycles per minute;
    Gantry high speed presses: about 200-1000 cycles per minute.

   However, this is only the reference speed range of some common models of high-speed presses, and the actual stamping speed may be different. In actual production, to achieve higher stamping speeds, it is necessary to ensure that the precision and stability of the molds, the feeding accuracy and speed of the feeder can be matched, and the characteristics of the material are suitable for high-speed stamping.
   To find out the exact speed of a particular high-speed press when stamping inductive chassis, it is recommended to refer to the technical specifications of the press equipment or to consult directly with the OREKU press equipment manufacturer, who will be able to provide more accurate information on the stamping speed based on the specific equipment model, configuration, and the requirements of the inductive chassis to be stamped.

High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
