Choosing the right press model for you requires a combination of the following factors:
Punching process requirements
Determine the type of stamping required, such as punching, dropping, bending, stretching, etc. Different processes require different performance of the press.
Consider the complexity and precision requirements of the stamped parts. Complex and high precision stamped parts may require a more precise press.
Production Volume
Mass production usually requires high-speed, highly automated presses to improve production efficiency.
Smaller batches can be produced with more versatile, lower-cost presses.

Calculation of punching force
According to the material, thickness and size of the stamped part, accurately calculate the required punching pressure. The nominal pressure of the press should be greater than the maximum force required for stamping, and it is generally recommended to leave a margin of 20% - 30%.
Stroke and closing height
The stroke should meet the requirements of the stamping process, e.g. stretching process requires a long stroke.
The closing height should match the closing height of the mold to ensure that the mold can be installed and used properly.
Table Size
The table area should be large enough to accommodate the mold and the stamped part, while considering the convenience of feeding and discharging.
Precision Requirements
If the stamped parts require high precision, a press with high precision and good rigidity should be selected.
fixed rotor high-speed punching machine
High-speed punching machine rotates the flywheel driven by the electric motor to store energy, and then releases the energy of the flywheel instantly through the control of the clutch and brake to drive the slider to carry out high-speed reciprocating motion to realize the punching action.
