First, daily maintenance points
Cleaning
Molds and working area: Clean metal debris, scrap, etc. on the surface of the molds to prevent them from causing damage to the molds and equipment during the stamping process.
Lubrication check
Guide rail lubrication: Check the lubrication of the guide rail to ensure that there is enough lubricant film on the surface of the guide rail.
Crankshaft, connecting rod and other parts: Check the lubrication points of the crankshaft, connecting rod and other moving parts to ensure a normal supply of grease or lubricant.
Second, regular maintenance points
Mold installation accuracy: Check the installation accuracy of the mold on the table, including the parallelism and perpendicularity of the mold. Measurements can be made with gauges (e.g. level, right-angle ruler, etc.) and adjustments can be made in time when deviations are found.
Transmission system maintenance
Belt or Chain Inspection: If the press is driven by a belt or chain, periodically check the tension of the belt or the slackness of the chain.
Gear inspection: For gear-driven presses, check the wear and mesh condition of the gears. Seriously worn gears should be replaced in time to ensure the smoothness and precision of transmission.
Electrical system check
