There are the following main differences between high-speed presses and ordinary presses:
Stamping speed: This is the most obvious difference, high-speed press is extremely fast, usually up to hundreds or even thousands of stamping per minute, while the ordinary press is relatively slow.
Precision: High-speed presses generally have higher stamping accuracy and can produce more precise stamped parts.

Control system: The control system of high-speed press is more advanced, which can realize more accurate control and faster response.
Scope of application: high-speed presses are commonly used in mass production of high-precision, high-demanding parts; ordinary presses are suitable for some of the speed and precision requirements are not so high as conventional stamping operations.
Price: high-speed presses are usually more expensive.
Energy consumption: high-speed press in high-speed operation of energy consumption may be relatively high, ordinary press energy consumption is relatively low.
Noise: high-speed press operation noise is often larger, ordinary press noise is relatively small.
