Maintenance of Terminal High Speed Precision Punching Machine:
1. Regularly keep the center pillar and slider guide pillar clean, and ensure that the bottom plate of the mold is free of dirt during mold installation to ensure the cleanliness of the platform and avoid scratches. 2. When using a new machine for one month, add butter to the flywheel (including the feeder). If there is no oil added for a long time, it will cause internal wear of the flywheel and affect the performance of the machine tool. In the future, it is also necessary to add butter that can withstand high temperatures above 150 ℃ for each maintenance
3. Replacement of machine circulating oil: The new machine should be replaced once within a month, and then every six months to ensure the normal operation and precision of the machine tool (32 # mechanical oil or Mobil 1405 #)
Usage of Terminal High Speed Precision Punching Machine:
1. Before starting up, the speed control potentiometer (W) set on the control panel should be adjusted to the lowest point (O point) position.
2. After the main power switch (DK) is turned on, the power indicator light should be on, and the phase sequence indicator light should also be on. Otherwise, check if the phase sequence is correct.
3. Turn on the control circuit with the key switch and disconnect the phase. The three indicator lights should light up simultaneously, otherwise they should be checked and the fault should be eliminated.
4. Clockwise adjust the "speed regulation" potentiometer, the main motor drives the flywheel to start, and the speed should be stable without vibration or impact.
5. During the process of connecting the main clutch, both hands should operate simultaneously. During the formal stamping process, the external control button switch should be turned on and the adjustment button switch should be in a reset state before it can officially work, otherwise the feeding switch and mold fault signal will lose control.
6. During the formal punching process, due to the variation of the static error rate of the main motor with different loads, an electromagnetic counter set on the control board can be used to correct the speed when punching different parts.
