Before starting up, the speed control potentiometer (W) set on the control panel should be adjusted to the lowest point (O point) position.
After the main power switch (DK) is turned on, the power indicator light should be on, and the phase sequence indicator light should also be on. Otherwise, check if the phase sequence is correct.
Turn on the control circuit with the key switch and disconnect the phase. The three indicator lights should light up simultaneously, otherwise they should be checked and the fault should be eliminated.
Adjust the "speed regulation" potentiometer clockwise, the main motor drives the flywheel to start, and the speed should be stable without any oscillation or impact.
During the process of connecting the main clutch, both hands should operate simultaneously. During the formal stamping process, the external control button switch should be turned on and the adjustment button switch should be in a reset state before it can officially work. During the formal punching process, due to the variation of the static error rate of the main motor with different loads, an electromagnetic counter set on the control board can be used to correct the speed when punching different parts.
The potentiometers on each printed circuit board of this machine tool have been adjusted and should not be changed arbitrarily. When there is component damage or the given value and revolution of the internal potentiometer do not match, it should be recalibrated.
