   The forming machine adopts four-column structure, the hydraulic cylinder is on the top of the upper beam, the axis of the cylinder and the forming mould are connected with the quick-change mode hanging head, the axis of the cylinder is equipped with a displacement sensor, which can detect and control the stroke of the cylinder, and the hydraulic system is installed with a pressure sensor, which can detect and control the moulding force of the cylinder, which is convenient for monitoring the cylinder's pressure and displacement during the moulding process, and it is also convenient for combining with the lower-top servo system to complete the moulding action of the products. The middle position of the equipment is equipped with automatic powder feeder mechanism, containing 4 stainless steel powder boxes, each box with pneumatic vibrator, with powder sensor, can clearly know whether there is no powder in the box and smoothly drop the powder in the powder tank. 4 powder boxes each with an aluminium powder tank under each powder tank, each powder tank below the installation of a linear oscillator, to facilitate the powder into the mould on the powder box.
