    The working principle of a high-speed punch press is as follows:
    First, the power source (usually an electric motor) drives the flywheel to rotate at high speed, and the flywheel stores a large amount of kinetic energy. When the stamping signal is issued, the clutch combines and transfers the kinetic energy of the flywheel to the crankshaft.
    The crankshaft converts the rotary motion into an up-and-down reciprocating linear motion of the punch by means of a connecting rod mechanism. The punch presses downward at a very high speed, and together with the concave die mounted on the table, acts on the workpiece material placed between them.

    Under the impact of the punch, the workpiece material undergoes plastic deformation according to the shape of the concave mold, thus completing the stamping process. After one stamping, the punch is quickly lifted back up to prepare for the next stamping operation.
