Domestic machine tool future trend forecast

The domestic market demand for high-end CNC machine tools has increased, and new products of CNC machine tools are emerging frequently. CNC punching machine has CNC control system, which can arbitrarily set the movement mode and speed of the slide according to the needs of the processing method. According to the market changes, the future development direction of domestic CNC machine tools is expected to have the following models.
Screw type CNC punch press
The servo working machine uses AC servo motor to drive the slider through the screw, and the position of the lower dead center in forming can be controlled by the position reading device providing data to the position control device. Therefore, the thermal expansion and elastic deformation of the machine will not affect the precision of the product, and the most suitable slider movement can be adjusted and the position of the lower dead center can be controlled with extremely small units. Therefore, it is suitable for high-precision and high-functionality non-cutting molding screw-type servo press adopts hydraulic motor and energy storage device for torque control, and the position control of the lower dead center can reach the micron level, which is energy-saving and environmentally friendly machine type.
Crankshaft type servo presses
This is a CNC press that combines a crankshaft-type press with an AC servo motor. This press replaces the clutch brake and flywheel of the original press with a servo motor. This type of press has the characteristics of a servo press in which the slide motion pattern can be set at will, and also has the torque characteristics of an ordinary mechanical press. However, its working energy is not reduced in the low-speed zone.

Double-action molding press
Compound molding is a powerful means of cutting-free molding. An example of this is occlusion forging in cold forging, where the plastic flow of material is controlled by controlling the movements and time diagrams of multiple punches and dies. The precision and formability of the product can be improved and even the number of processes can be shortened. Roughly, double-action molding can be divided into two categories: double-action molding that emphasizes the versatility of the press and uses a double-action die holder; and double-action molding that uses a double-action press that makes it easy to assemble and disassemble the dies for the production of multiple varieties. Recently, not only in forging processing, but also in the diversification and improvement of the ability to form a combination of sheet metal forming and forging, the press is required not only to have multi-action performance, but also to have a high degree of versatility.
Occlusion forging presses
The forming of star-shaped wheels and cross linkage joints has been widely utilized with the use of occlusion forging dies and general-purpose forging presses. The die structure has the function of occlusion and coordination. Other occlusion forging presses that save piping time during die assembly can be divided into two categories: these functions are all in the press and the upper and lower cylinders are in the press while the coordinating mechanism is in the form of the die holder.
Punching machines for gear molding

The price of a high speed punch press varies depending on a number of factors.
In general, a small, basic high-speed press may cost between $100,000 and $300,000 dollars.
    Medium-sized and high-performance high-speed presses usually cost around $300,000 to $800,000 dollars.
Large, high-precision, high-performance high-speed presses may cost more than $1 million, or even millions of dollars.
